We do not force you to dissolve all old filler before seeing us, but sometimes it is recommended by our skilled injectors to give you the best outcomes possible. Don’t think of it as losing your progress and wasting your money, but as old clothes you have worn and are tired of. It is not a waste to get rid of those clothes because they served you for a time. Dissolving old filler is the same. Sometimes we have to dissolve it all, or just in some areas where the filler has migrated or it is not giving you your desired look. Sometimes we need to dissolve and start over to reach your dream lips. 

It is recommended to wait at least two weeks after the final dissolving session before refilling.
